DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
I. Screen incoming and outgoing mail.
II. Maintain a filing system for ease of retrieval.
III. Maintain Office petty cash.
IV. Ensure security of office documents, records, and equipment.
V. Undertake administrative work and management of the office.
VI. Prepare documents for meetings.
VII. Maintain a record of documents for reference; and
VIII. Respond to incoming correspondence.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills)
I. Bachelor degree in social sciences from a recognized institution or a related field.
II. Membership to a professional body.
III. Proficiency in computer applications.
