DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
I. Implementing communication Strategies and Plans to enhance corporate image.
II. Updating website, intranet and notice board content and improving layout to facilitate communication with the Bureau’s publics.
III. Gathering information from all departments on their activities/events to enhance information flow.
IV. Responding to public enquiries on the website to meet stakeholder requirements.
V. Sourcing and writing stories for use in corporate publications.
VI. Editing the staff magazine (The Publisher) to improve employee relations.
VII. Facilitating media and corporate events for enhanced publicity.
VIII. Implementing Corporate Social Investment (CSI) programmes to promote corporate image.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills)
I. Bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, communication or its equivalent.
II. High proficiency in computer applications.
